I started pakai braces on January 2016. Masatuh lepas habis degree & Intern dekat ASNB Batu Pahat, Johor. So ada la extra money untuk bayar deposit. I went to Klinik Pergigian Azman, Batu Pahat dekat Jalan Mengkudu near to The Summit Mall. I pergi situ sebab my friend masa study dulu dia pakai braces dekat situ since diploma if not mistaken. So, I just cakap dekat Doc Azman yang I nak pakai atas sahaja untuk rapatkan gigi arnab I. Deposit sangat lah murah RM500 sahaja and monthly appointment I kena bayar RM80 sahaja.
Sepanjang 2016 tuh memang I konsisten la pergi for monthly checkup. On 2017, I dapat offer kerja dekat KL. Since that, I memang jarang balik Batu Pahat for monthly braces checkup. Di pendekkan cerita sampai la lockdown on 2020. Lagi la memang tak boleh rentas negeri balik kampung. After married, I decided to change to other clinic here which is Ampang (near to me la).
On 9/11/2021 Tuesday, I book appointment at Dental Legacy Ampang near to Ampang point. So first day, Doc Abdullah check gigi I, Xray gigi I and he did explain as well type of braces yang terbaik untuk I, refer xray and explain what will happen to my teeth at the end of the appointment. Doc Abdullah suggests me to wear self ligating braces. Masatuh I was like ok baru tau braces ni ada macam macam jenis.

2015 sebelum pakai braces
A week after on 16/11/2021, Doc Abdullah start pakaikan I braces self ligating. Mula mula pakai memang I rasa lain sangat sebab pakai bawah sekali kan. Before I pakai atas sahaja. Seminggu tuh gigi bawah I rasa sakit. Nak gosok gigi pun sakit so I gosok perlahan je and bila ada objek keras macam berus gigi terkena dekat gigi bawah tuh Ya ampun sakit nya tuh orang pakai braces jer faham. Untuk gigi atas I takde rasa sakit ke apa mungkin sebab dah lama pakai braces kan. So ok jer. Bila makan pulak seriously banyak giler sisa makanan melekat dekat gigi bawah. So what I did? I just kumur kumur guna mineral water sahaja. Tapi kalau ada sisa makanan yang susah nak tanggal tuh I guna pencungkil gigi. Sebelum balik staff ada bagi I berus gigi khas untuk braces, orthodontic wax braces and interdental burshes. 3 benda ni cost RM75. Don't worry kalau korang tak reti guna staff akan tunjuk ajar macam mana nak guna.
